Rachel Lim

Rachel and her husband Toby manage the Treasury Homes team at Compass. They've been married for over 5 years and live with their two dogs, Dax and Teddy. Toby and Rachel met in DC shortly after Rachel graduated from American University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing. Rachel grew up in New Jersey for most of her life until her parents decided to move to Portland, Oregon. Although she loved Oregon, she made the difficult decision to attend University on the East Coast. Even though it was scary to be far away from family, she always knew her heart always belonged on the East Coast.

 

Rachel's first job post-graduation was in sales at an IT government contracting company, which helped her acquire the skills to become a great Real Estate Agent. Her bubbly energy, attention to detail, and ability to learn and adjust to her environment quickly have been her advantages in breaking sales records year after year.
