Rachel Lim

Rachel and her husband Toby, manage the Treasury Homes team at Compass.

They've been married for over 11 years and have one son together. Toby and Rachel met in DC shortly after Rachel graduated from American University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and minor in Marketing.

Rachel grew up in New Jersey most of her life until her parents decided to move to Portland, Oregon. Although she loved Oregon, she made the difficult decision to attend University on the East Coast. Even though it was sad to be far away from family, she always knew her heart always belonged on the East Coast.

Rachel's first job post-graduation was in sales at an IT government contracting company, which helped her acquire the skills to become a great Real Estate Agent and now a Team Leader. 

Her bubbly energy, attention to detail, and being able to learn and adjust to her environment quickly has been her advantage to break sales records year after year.
